Matthew Louie founded G&L Development in May 2016. Graduating with a B.S. in Accounting, Economics and Political Science from CUNY Queens College. Louie began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working as an Audit associate in the Financial Services group. Although he excelled in the accounting field, Louie quickly realized his true passion lied in the real estate world and, consequently sought to move into the industry. Finally in May 2016, Louie founded G&L Development.

Mr. Louie currently resides with his family in Great Neck. He is fluent in several languages, including English, Hebrew, and Farsi. Louie was elected and coveted with the title President of Student Association in his final year at Queens College. Moreover, he is an active participant in various charitable organizations and volunteer programs throughout his community.
